After earning a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in 1989, he continued his business education working for three years at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. In 1993, Eric changed course by pursuing a career in the Roofing Industry and eventually joined Vic Heath to integrate his marketing knowledge with Vic's roofing experience.
